- Rates are quoted in US dollars and based on a maximum of 4 persons
- GE & TAT taxes of 13.42% apply.
- A security deposit of $500 applied to invoice (fully refundable)
- A deposit of 50% is due within two days of booking reservation. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival date and 90 days during holiday season.
- Personal checks, Master Card, Visa, & Discover are accepted forms of payment.
- Ours is a non-smoking unit.

Cancellation Policy:
90 days prior to arrival, there is a charge of one nights rent, 60 days prior to arrival 50% deposit, and NO REFUND 30 days or less prior to arrival.
